What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part working with that company. Avoid it before get disappointed
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manager's seem like they come from forest out to civilisation, rude behaviour, very bad at communicating, careless for there staff.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very negative environment not pleasant to work in that company.

Poor work environment
Mangers are poor and demeaning and the company is hosted by clowns.
Absolute sham of a company.
Including your work you will be asked to help others out and you will be paid for it. You won’t and you will put behind on your own things to do and then a manager will call u and shout down the phone at your or somehow make everything that goes in his life your problem.

Absolutely awful.. work 4 weeks before you see a penny, van rental is expensive and the fuel costs for your run are more than you'd like. Left after making less than one hundred for a week's work doing 12 hours per day sometimes more. Any damage to the vehicle will come out of your pocket by too. Guy in charge of the area has the personality of a piranha. If you like working long hours slugging heavy parcels around and earn peanuts go for it. I would avoid these with a extremely large barge pole

Long hours, told you'll be kept on one route but thats a lie, any damage to their van or anyone else's property under £2k comes out of your pocket because they won't put it through insurance, your job is totally in the hands of their customers. If customer decides they don't like you, you don't work.

1. No two days are the same with delivery.
2. Learnt the hard way of loosing your money to the company on the van rental.
3. Management isn't great because they dnt care about the drivers well being, all they care about is for drivers to deliver as much parcels as they imposed on them to deliver.

¿Qué es lo mejor de trabajar en la empresa?
Pagan lo pactado. No tienes tiempo para comer ya que todo se realiza arriesgando perdida de puntos del carnet, una vez te hayan exprimido, llegas a base para firmar “recibido, no conforme * pues sin avisar con tiempo, te hechan a la calle. Si quieres formar de ese Club, adelante deseando que no mueras subien y bajando por escaleras : neveras de 100kg,lavadoras,armarios,secadoras. Compra un seguro de vida y medico.

Reparto de paquetería para Amazon. Sales con mas carga de la que puedes repartir en las horas estipuladas, horas extra no pagadas pero obligatorias. Tiempo de almuerzo no pagado. Gerencia casi nula, de muy baja capacitación. Te avisan para trabajar de un día para otro (te suelen requerir para trabajar al día siguiente incluso a las 10 de la noche) sin respetar el descanso entre jornadas. Planificación de horarios diaria. Muchas horas en carretera, en mi caso, rutas de entre 250 y 600 km diarios entre comunidades autónomas limítrofes.

Te hacen contrato de 38h para que por convenio pagar menos, pero ten en cuenta que menos de 10h al dia no vas a hacer. Te avisan los horario 12h antes de entrar. Te exigen mas de lo que puedes hacer y veremos si pagan por que es mi primera semana y ya estoy pensando en cogerme la baja, yo no se como Amazon permite que esta gente trabaje para ellos. Es lamentable.

There is not a good reason they rip you off they said I damaged their van and I did not but they still charged me 992 pounds for damaging there van

The different people you meet within the industry. Weekly pay, manager were also good people.

High volume of parcels and drops to deliver, which seems to be higher than other companies. So you need to be quick of the mark.

Friendly atmosphere in the mornings with your peers. But your mainly working alone
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meet at depot, load your van and then head to your first drop. Unload first batch of parcels and organise your van then try and deliver all of your parcels as best you can. Any undelivered parcels return to depot to debrief. He’s on the road can vary depending on your route from 6-6.5 hrs for a good route to 8hrs for a bad route

Very stressful job, ppl are rude, some times u have chase it wages and if u leave the job u r at risk to alot of money and the don't provide you with tools to carry out your role

One motion is the worst company. I worked for them for about two months before Christmas. The work was too much too many stops, no organisation, no sweepers.
And after all that instead of getting a bonus from the company I was not paid for my hard work. And there are more things that I won't share here because the message will be too long.

I would never work for one motion.
From the time I started to the time I left they are not company that care about you at all.
After having a family problem within 2-weeks they took back the rental vehicle that was rented through on motion and lied and stated there was damage there was no damage I've been trying to talk to the legal department to no avail do not work for them!

Te exigen demasiado.. Tanto es asi, que mucha gente reparte con acompañantes (Pareja, amigo, etc), sabiendo que esta prohibido por la empresa.. Pero esque, si no es asi y se hace siguiendo las normas es imposible cumplir..
