Ellie G. Masukevich, 18, of Fox River Grove, was charged with five counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, two counts of driving under the influence, resisting a peace officer and possession of liquor by a minor.
In addition to her charges, Masukevich was cited for following too closely, improper turn signal, improper traffic lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and transporting alcohol by a driver.

The female officer is Jennifer Zielinski. She joined the force in 2020, after spending 7 years as a clinical and drug and alcohol counselor, for at risk youth and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. And back in 2021 she got a commendation for saving the life of an infant who had stopped breathing. What an awesome person.
