В "Военно-медицинском журнале" за октябрь, на с. 21 опубликована статья по статистике ранений. Взрывная травма - 74,5% смертей, огнестрельная - 14,7% Выборка - 1250 погибших. 42,3% смертельных огнестрельных ранений - в грудь, несмотря на СИБЗ

The S.M.Kirov Military Medical Academy of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation,

The frequency of injuries to the male external genitalia, domestic and foreign classifications of injuries to the
scrotum and penis are studied. The features of diagnostics and treatment tactics depending on the degree of
damage are shown. The case of a patient with a gunshot wound to the penis, scrotum, and perineum demonstrates
the features of surgical tactics at the stages of providing qualified and specialized medical care. Because of
complications that developed at the stage of providing high-tech medical care, the patient underwent extensive
necrectomy of the tissues of the scrotum, penis, and soft tissues of the perineum. Extensive necrectomy is
accompanied by a long healing period, which entails repeated surgical interventions using the VAC system.
